Role : Senior Delivery Manager - Finance / Banking domain Company : One of the Global client Location : Manila - Taguig Work Setup : Hybrid ( 2 Days Office) Shift Timings : 3PM -12AM Permanent position & Direct Hiring by the client.

: 12-16 years overall experience, 8 yrs into Finance Delivery management Including substantial delivery / programme management experience in banking or regulated financial services. Must-Have*:

- Proven end-to-end delivery management of complex, cross-functional banking change.
- Robust integrated planning, milestone, critical-path and dependency management disciplines.
- Effective RAID, decision-log, escalation and recovery-planning capability.
- Experience coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, Operations and programme stakeholders.
- Testing governance, defect triage, evidence collection, sign-off and implementation readiness.
