Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP) to manage kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and ensure consistent execution. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in North and South Indian cuisine, along with practical experience in electric/induction-based kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the assigned kitchen section and daily operations.
- Prepare North and South Indian dishes while maintaining taste, consistency, portion control, and presentation.
- Manage mise en place, curries, gravies, preparation, and timely food dispatch.
- Operate induction cooktops and electric kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, HACCP standards, and kitchen SOPs.
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, freshness, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the F&B; service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide and train Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Support manpower planning, team supervision,



and overall F&B; operational requirements.
- Report equipment issues, stock shortages, and quality concerns to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant culinary experience.
- Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations.
- Strong knowledge of North and South Indian cuisine.
- Mandatory: Practical experience working in an electric/induction-based kitchen.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, inventory, and kitchen operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Culinary Arts or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
