Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager – BD & R&D; to drive expansion, project research, and proposal engineering. In this role, you will identify strategic business opportunities, lead R&D; market research, and structure end-to-end commercial proposals and pitch presentations for key executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Proposal Curation & Bid Management: Lead end-to-end proposal development, including RFP analysis, technical writing, financial modeling, pitch decks, and tender submissions, translating technical R&D; findings into commercial value propositions.
- Financial Analysis & Commercial Engineering: Build comprehensive P&L; projections, pricing models, CapEx/OpEx breakdowns,



and ROI/sensitivity analyses to validate project viability and commercial margins before submission.
- R&D; & Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking to convert R&D; insights into actionable business models and entry strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver high-impact client presentations and manage senior executive relationships, negotiations, and partner interactions.

Required Qualifications & Background

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred); 6–10 years in BD, R&D;, Consulting, or Deal Structuring, preferably with PSU/government body exposure.
- Core Expertise: Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, pricing structures, and curating winning corporate/RFP proposals.
