Job Title: Senior AI / Backend Engineer – Agentic AI

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a Senior AI / Backend Engineer to build and improve production-grade, multi-agent AI pipelines and agent orchestration systems for an AI-powered Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on production experience building agentic AI systems and agent harnesses. Experience limited to prompt engineering or chatbot integrations will not be sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and enhance multi-agent AI pipelines.
- Develop agent harnesses covering orchestration, tool usage, evaluation, tracing and reliability of long-running tasks.
- Develop and maintain backend services and web application features.
- Work with AI APIs, agent frameworks and LLM observability tools.
- Build and deploy containerised services using Docker.
- Collaborate with a remote engineering team and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on production experience building agentic AI systems and agent harnesses.
- Experience using multiple AI coding agents or harnesses, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
- Strong Docker experience, including containerised services and deployments.
- Experience with React-based frameworks; TanStack Start is preferred, while Next.js or Remix is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.




- Experience with agent frameworks, LLM APIs and backend development.
- Solid English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
- Regular use of AI coding agents in development workflows.

Good to Have

- Durable workflow engines such as DBOS or Temporal.
- LLM evaluation and tracing tools such as Langfuse.
- Document parsing and RAG involving long legal documents.
- Event-driven systems such as NATS or Kafka.
- Monorepo development and OpenAPI code generation.
- Knowledge of Dutch or German.

Pay: ₹338,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
