Stakeholder Relationship Management

Partner closely with Practice Leaders, Delivery Heads, and Talent Acquisition teams. Act as the single point of contact for resource supply-demand discussions. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and hiring needs.

Reporting & Analytics Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly bench dashboards and utilization reports. Track key KPIs like aging bench, billability, fulfillment TAT, and pipeline readiness. Engage with benched employees through regular check-ins and career discussions.

Coordinate upskilling, certifications, internal mobility, and learning initiatives. Drive engagement activities to maintain morale and productivity during bench periods.

Excellence & Governance Ensure compliance with deployment policies and workforce guidelines. Improve RMG processes, templates, and reporting standards. Support audits and workforce reviews.
