We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, vehicle billing, E-Way Bills, material movement documentation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and finalization of accounts. The candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and accounting-related financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and general accounting.
- Prepare, verify, and process vehicle invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely vehicle billing and maintain proper supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams regarding vehicle billing, Delivery Challans, and invoice discrepancies.
- Handle billing procedures and E-Way Bill generation.
- Manage material movement documentation and Delivery Challan (DC) preparation.
- Verify purchase bills and expense bills, ensuring appropriate TDS deductions and compliance.
- Handle month-end closing procedures, account reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely statutory compliance.
- Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and tax-related documentation and finalization.
- Maintain proper financial documentation, accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Handle ESI, PF, and PT (Professional Tax) procedures and applicable statutory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation and customer/vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare trial balances, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Monitor pending invoices, billing discrepancies, and outstanding payments.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits and provide the required financial documents.




- Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP or other accounting software and MS Excel.

MIS Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and maintain accounting-related MIS reports, including sales, purchases, expenses, outstanding payments, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense analysis, cash flow reports, and other management reports as required.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and submit MIS reports within the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain and update accounting data in Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- M.Com or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing operations.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF, and Professional Tax.
- Experience in vehicle billing, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, and material movement documentation.
- Knowledge of month-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Experience in preparing accounting MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and other accounting software.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, industrial, or trading companies.
- Practical experience in vehicle billing, dispatch documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities, prepare MIS reports, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
