Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery &

• Assessment

- Lead infrastructure discovery activities across SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing &

• Switching, and Firewall environments.

- Perform inventory validation, topology mapping,



dependency analysis, and documentation.
- Analyse existing network architecture and identify risks, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
- Utilize automation tools, scripts, and monitoring platforms to baseline the environment.

Transition Activities

- Support knowledge transfer (KT), shadow support, reverse shadowing, and transition execution.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
- Participate in transition planning, readiness reviews, and governance meetings.
- Drive successful handover of operations from incumbent teams.

BAU Operations

- Provide L2/L3 support for SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing &

• Switching, and Firewall environments.

- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Cisco Routing and Switching.

Experience

- 8-10 Years.
