SAP SD Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

This person will work closely with our customers and must demonstrate skilled knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client's satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for this client.

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD business user’s.
- Handling & coordinating with SD Business Lead for all ongoing issues, new changes, processes.
- Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Issues related to Shipment and shipment cost documents.
- Issues related to waybill generation and cancellation.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA.
- 1-2 Full lifecycle project implementations including, analysis, design, testing and implementation within SAP modules.
- Experience in SPRO configurations, query development, transport management and ABAP debugging.
- Detailed understanding on Pricing concepts, OTC, Partner Determination, Text Management,

Billing, Delivery, Picking, Packing, Post Goods Issue, Route Determination, Credit

Management, Back Orders and Availability Check.

- Involved in configuring Master Data, Document Types (Sales Order Types, Delivery

Documents, Billing Documents, Credit, and debit memo, etc.) including special order types

(Third Party Processing, Consignment Processing, Inter-Company Billing, and Inter- company stock transfers), Availability Check, Material Listing/Exclusion, Rebate processing, Deliveries and Post Goods Issues.

- Basic knowledge of cross module reports SD-MM, SD-FI and MM-SD.
- Develop business process documents (BPD), business process flows (BPF) and training documentation per client’s needs.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Word,



Excel, Visio, Project).

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
