Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Trainer to deliver professional training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, a thorough understanding of maintenance processes, and the ability to explain SAP PM concepts through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through practical SAP PM implementation and support scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
- Explain SAP PM concepts, functionalities, and business processes.
- Train learners on preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Provide hands-on training on equipment, functional locations, maintenance notifications, and maintenance orders.
- Teach maintenance planning, scheduling, task lists, maintenance plans, and measurement points.
- Explain integration of SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Provide practical demonstrations using SAP systems and business scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide learners through real-time scenarios, case studies,



and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.
- Keep training content updated with SAP best practices and industry requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Good understanding of plant maintenance and asset management processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with equipment master data, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Understanding of SAP PM integration with SAP MM and FI/CO.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SAP PM Trainer, Consultant, or Functional Consultant.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance / Asset Management.
- Experience delivering corporate training or online training sessions.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
