- Job Overview

SOLTRIX Energy Solar is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector by learning solar rooftop solutions, customer handling, lead generation, and business development.

- Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, customer referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Identify potential customers across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Contact prospective customers and explain the benefits of rooftop solar solutions.
- Coordinate customer meetings and rooftop site visits with the sales and technical teams.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries and support the team in converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports, customer details, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned learning milestones and sales targets with guidance from the reporting manager.

3. Educational Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate or diploma holder; candidates from Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Electrical backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence in interacting with customers.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

4. Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000, based on qualifications and interview performance.
- Annual CTC Equivalent: ₹1.92 LPA – ₹2.40 LPA, subject to the final salary structure.
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursement of approved official travel expenses as per company policy.
- Performance Incentives: Sales incentives based on defined targets and company policy, where applicable.

- Training: On-the-job training in solar rooftop solutions, customer acquisition, sales processes, and CRM usage.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated and customer calls completed.
- Customer meetings and site visits coordinated.
- Lead follow-ups and CRM updates completed on time.
- Contribution to sales conversions and achievement of assigned targets.
- Product knowledge, communication, and overall learning progress.

6. Job Objective To develop skilled sales professionals who can generate current business opportunities, build customer relationships, promote rooftop solar adoption, and contribute to the growth of SOLTRIX Energy Solar.
