Salesforce Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Core Development and a passion for AI and automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, along with a proven track record in extending Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities. This role requires a team-oriented team player who thrives in Agile/Scrum environments and possesses excellent debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
- Implement AI &
- Automation solutions, including Salesforce Agentforce setup and Prompt Builder.
- Extend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities to enhance end-to-end case management.
- Build integrations with external enterprise systems and ensure high-quality code through unit testing and maintaining 90%+ code coverage.
- Utilize tools such as VS Code, SFDX, and Git for CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.




- Leverage AI development tools and AWS-native services to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Salesforce Core Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers (3-4 years of experience).
- AI &
- Automation: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce setup and Prompt Builder.
- Platform Extensibility: Proven ability to extend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.
- Tools &
- CI/CD: Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and deployment pipelines.
- Integration &
- Quality: Experience in building integrations and ensuring code quality.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, Vibes) and AWS-native services.
- Strong debugging and communication skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
