Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their needs, explaining product features, and supporting them in making purchase decisions.

The Sales

Specialist will manage the sales process, maintain product displays, track inventory related to sales, and help meet daily and monthly sales targets. The role also includes handling customer inquiries and concerns, collecting feedback, and collaborating with the team to improve the in-store experience. In addition,



the Sales Specialist may assist in training new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, meet targets, and support store performance.

- Candidates should possess Training skills to help guide and support new or junior team members when required.

- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or apparel sales is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site full time in jaipur and maintain a customer-focused, professional attitude.

- Basic knowledge of women’s ethnic wear and interest in sustainable fashion is an advantage.

- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
