Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Rajen Electrical’s services across multiple sectors. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their electrical contracting needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales.

The Sales

Specialist will collaborate with engineering and project teams to align service offerings with client requirements, maintain accurate sales records,



and contribute to sales forecasts and reports. The role also involves participating in client presentations, handling basic customer queries, and supporting ongoing client engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet agreed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product and service presentations, internal knowledge sharing, and client education when needed.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical contracting, construction, or related technical services.
- Ability to understand basic electrical services concepts and translate technical offerings into clear customer value.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with competence in using common office and CRM tools.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work in office, travel locally for client visits, and collaborate closely with technical and project teams.
