Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The advisor will guide students through the entire study abroad journey, including course selection, university shortlisting, scholarship and grant options, and application planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining eligibility criteria, reviewing student profiles, and recommending suitable programs and destinations.

The advisor will support students with documentation for applications and visa processes,



coordinate with internal scholarship experts and consultants, and maintain accurate records in the platform. This role also involves responding to student queries, delivering transparent communication across phone, email, and live sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of advising processes and resources.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and general Consulting skills to guide learners on study abroad pathways and scholarship opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to conduct effective counseling sessions and build trust with students and families.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Visas and related documentation to support students through pre-departure and immigration processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in student advising, academic counseling, and career guidance to align study plans with long-term goals.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and basic data entry for maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant experience in international education, study abroad consulting, or higher education advising is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
