- Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities for voltage stabilizers and related electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence across India. 2.

Key Responsibilities A. Sales &

- Business Development Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, wholesalers and channel partners across India. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners. Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Manage sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures. Monitor sales performance, market demand and competitor activities. Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion. B. Marketing &
- Brand Development Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales. Plan digital marketing campaigns through social media, online platforms and other promotional channels. Coordinate with the marketing team for product catalogues, brochures, promotional materials and advertisements. Develop marketing plans for voltage stabilizers and other electrical products. Identify new promotional opportunities and improve brand visibility in the market. C. Dealer &
- Distributor Management Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network. Regularly communicate with channel partners to understand their requirements.



Support dealers with product information, pricing, schemes and marketing materials. Monitor dealer performance and take initiatives to improve sales. Ensure timely coordination for customer requirements and order fulfilment. D. Team Management &
- Reporting Lead, motivate and manage the sales and marketing team. Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Analyse sales data, market trends and business performance. Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts and customer service departments. Report sales achievements, market feedback and future business plans to management. 3.

Required Qualifications &

- SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred. 3–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.

Experience in dealer/distributor development and channel sales. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Valuable knowledge of sales planning, market research and business development. Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team. Proficiency in MS Excel, email and sales reporting. Willingness to travel for dealer visits, market development and business meetings. 4.

Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and annual sales target achievement. Number of new dealers and distributors appointed. Revenue growth and new customer acquisition. Dealer network growth and active dealer performance. Sales order conversion rate. Market expansion and brand awareness. Timely sales reporting and customer relationship management. 5.

Preferred

CandidateCandidates with experience in voltage stabilizers, electrical appliances, transformers, power conditioning equipment or other electrical products will be preferred.
