Sales Manager – Agency Channel Role Purpose: To recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents and drive business growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment of Agents: ➢ Identify and recruit quality insurance advisors. ➢ Build and maintain a solid agency network.

Training and Development: ➢ Provide product and sales training to agents. ➢ Help agents improve prospecting and closing skills.

Business Development: ➢ Generate life insurance business through agents. ➢ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Management: ➢ Motivate and guide agents for better performance. ➢ Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management: ➢ Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. ➢ Support agents in handling customer queries and claims.

Compliance and Reporting: ➢ Ensure adherence to IRDAI and company guidelines. ➢ Maintain sales records and submit reports on time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ➢ Agent recruitment and activation. ➢ Premium collection and business growth. ➢ Productivity of agents.



➢ Customer retention and persistency. ➢ Achievement of sales targets.

Required Qualifications: ➢ Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). ➢ 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services. ➢ Strong communication and leadership skills. ➢ Ability to recruit and manage teams.

Designation Sales

Manager – Agency Channel: CTC 3,00,000 up to 5,00,000 (BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE) Reporting To Branch Manager / Area Manager/Zone Manager CTC and Incentives Fixed salary + performance incentives. *Additional rewards based on business achievement

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
