Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for industrial and corporate uniforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against goals.

The Sales

Manager will prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and coordinate closely with production and design teams to ensure customized orders meet client expectations.



The role also includes analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate sales reports, and recommending strategies to expand market presence and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, uniforms, apparel, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand product specifications, customization requirements, and production lead times.
- Experience leading or supervising a sales team, with capability to set targets and monitor performance.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Chennai, visit client locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
