Job Tittle: Sales Manager – Solar PV Modules & Solar Kits

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of PV Modules and Solar Kits through distributor networks. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, installer/EPC engagement, sales growth, and market expansion in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage authorized distributor networks.
- Drive primary sales of PV modules and solar kits.
- Build relationships with solar installers, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Promote ready-to-install solar kits for residential and small commercial projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor distributor stock, sales performance, and collections.
- Conduct field visits and support secondary sales growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in solar PV module sales.
- Solid experience in distributor and channel sales.
- Knowledge of solar modules, BoS, and solar kits.
- Experience working with installers and EPC partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Commerce. MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
