PayRup, operated by BPSPLUS Private Limited, is looking for a target-driven Sales Manager with relevant experience in DMT, AEPS, Micro ATM, CMS and lending services.

We’re seeking someone who can build an active merchant network, lead sales teams and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and activate retailers, distributors and channel partners.
- Drive transaction volumes across DMT, AEPS, Micro ATM and CMS.
- Generate qualified lending leads and coordinate with lending partners.
- Recruit, train and manage field sales executives and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly targets for merchant onboarding, active outlets, transaction volumes and revenue.
- Monitor merchant performance, encourage repeat business and coordinate issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For





- Proven B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, banking correspondent services or merchant distribution.
- Working knowledge of DMT, AEPS, Micro ATM, CMS and lending products.
- A solid retailer and distributor network.
- Experience managing sales targets, field teams and regional expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

This is a target-based sales role. Relevant industry experience is essential.
