Industry: Pharma A pharmaceutical sales manager—commonly structured as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) or District Manager—manages regional sales operations, drives target achievement, and leads a team of Medical Representatives (MRs)
Job Summary
- Role: Area Sales Manager / Pharma Sales Manager
- Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
- Team Handled: Typically 3 to 6+ Medical Representatives or Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Experience Required: 3 to 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, B.Sc, or MBA in Marketing/General Management (often preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
