Hiring: DSA Sales Manager – Home Loans

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DSA Sales Manager – Home Loans to lead and manage the sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loan sales, DSA channel development, team management, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of DSA sales executives to achieve home loan business targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSA partners, builders, real estate agents, connectors, and other referral sources.
- Generate quality home loan leads and drive business growth through the DSA channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network across Kochi and surrounding areas.
- Monitor team performance, sales productivity, lead conversion, and monthly disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Ensure proper documentation, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and market visits to improve productivity.
- Prepare sales reports, track the sales pipeline,



and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in sales.
- Experience in home loans, LAP, housing finance, banking.
- Strong understanding of DSA sales, lead generation, and loan sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Must be willing to work in the Kochi location.
