Role Description The Sales Manager (Interior Industry) will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing end-to-end sales activities for interior projects in the Mahadevapura area. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes identifying and qualifying leads, meeting potential clients, presenting interior solutions, and negotiating.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed, while maintaining strong relationships with current and existing customers. Daily tasks involve tracking sales pipelines, preparing proposals and reports, monitoring market trends in the interior industry, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead,



mentor and develop the sales team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior, real estate, or related industry.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Ability to understand basic design concepts, project timelines, and pricing structures in the interior domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales tracking systems for reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru (Mahadevapura) and travel locally for client meetings and project discussions.
