We help customers find suitable homes by providing professional guidance and property solutions. Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through company-provided leads.

Understand customer requirements, budgets and property preferences. Explain residential projects, configurations, pricing and amenities. Schedule and coordinate property site visits. Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly. Assist senior sales executives and managers in closing property deals. Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service.

Achieve daily calling, follow-up, site visit and monthly sales targets.



Stay updated on Bengaluru real estate projects and market trends.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

Experience: Freshers can apply. No prior real estate experience required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi or English; Kannada is an added advantage. Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality. Willingness to learn real estate sales and customer handling. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Comfortable with calling, customer meetings and site visits. Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory.
