Job Summary

McZEN (P). Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.




- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good follow-up, reporting, and time-management skills.
