About Sansui Paints

Sansui Paints is a 30-year Indian maker of wood coatings and peelable protective coatings (sansuipaints.com). Office near Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai.

Role: Sales Coordinator (top priority hire)

You will keep every enquiry moving from first message to delivered order.

Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website and phone; log every lead in the lead sheet the same day
- Call back leads, understand their need and monthly consumption, and send product details
- Prepare quotations and order confirmations (prices approved by management)
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders and payments
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts for dispatch and invoicing
- Daily report: new leads, follow-ups, orders, collections

Requirements





- Graduate with 1 to 3 years in sales coordination or inside sales (paints, chemicals or B2B preferred)
- Valuable spoken Hindi and English (Marwari or Gujarati a plus)
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
- Candidates living near Powai / Saki Vihar Road preferred

Salary and terms

- Salary: Rs 14,000 to 16,000 per month
- 6 days a week, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Staff role: no overtime or conveyance allowance; daily work report required
