We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Growth Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead and client handling.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Telugu and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working from the Baner, Pune office.
