Role Description The Sales Associate role at Chingari Media™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna.

The Sales

Associate will engage with potential and existing clients, present agency services, and support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to develop proposals, align client expectations with service offerings, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Associate will also monitor client feedback, support account growth opportunities,



and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in client communication, relationship building, and negotiation, with the ability to present services clearly and confidently.
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, including familiarity with online advertising, social media, and content-based campaigns.
- Ability to conduct structured outreach and follow-ups, manage leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to understand client needs and match them to suitable services.
- Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) and comfort working with digital platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Patna is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred; exposure to agency or media environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
