Role Description The Sales and Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves engaging with customers to explain Mahindra Finance products and services, assisting with loan applications and documentation, and supporting customers through the approval and disbursement process. The associate will handle service requests, resolve queries,



and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, and contributing to sales targets through lead generation and cross-selling. The role also requires adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
