Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the sales and marketing team in driving client acquisition and campaign performance in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, updating sales pipelines, preparing presentations, and supporting client outreach and follow-ups. The intern will help coordinate marketing campaigns, gather and analyze performance data, and contribute content ideas for digital channels.

Responsibilities also include providing basic customer support, documenting feedback,



and collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and marketing materials. This role offers exposure to performance marketing, advertising technology, and sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead handling, pipeline updates, and basic sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to support Training-related activities, such as preparing training materials and assisting in product demonstrations.
- Interest in digital marketing, advertising technology, and data-driven campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace tools; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work on-site in Gurugram.
