Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an in office internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support daily sales activities, including assisting with lead generation, interacting with potential and existing customers, and helping the team track and report sales performance.

Responsibilities will include contributing to marketing campaigns, supporting social media and promotional initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The intern will participate in customer outreach,



provide basic customer service support, and assist in preparing sales and training materials. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes and marketing execution within a fast-paced consumer brand environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and resolving basic queries.
- Sales skills, including lead support, follow-ups, and interest in learning sales techniques.
- Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting in training sessions and maintaining sales records.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and interest in FMCG/e-commerce or food retail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, stay organized, and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
