Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive In this role you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to hire field-based Program Coordinators across India. ​Program Coordinators work directly in the field—meeting parents, counselling them, explaining our educational programs, and driving program sales. As our recruiter, your mission is to build a high-performing pipeline of field-ready candidates and convert them into active joiners.

​Key Responsibilities ​Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, local networks, WhatsApp groups, and databases. ​Screening & Assessment: Conduct structured screenings to evaluate communication skills, local market familiarity, willingness to travel, and sales orientation. ​Expectation Setting: Ensure candidates are comfortable with field work, parent counselling, and sales targets before moving them forward. ​Interview Coordination:



Schedule interviews, send reminders, collect feedback, and follow up closely until candidates join. ​MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily screening, interview, and joining tracker reports for HR management. ​Key Requirements ​: 1 years Experience in volume/bulk hiring, field sales recruitment, or talent acquisition. ​Strong screening skills to assess field suitability and sales mindset. ​Excellent candidate engagement and objection-handling abilities. ​Disciplined approach to candidate tracking and daily recruitment MIS.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
