Role: Be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and phone enquiries; Complete KYC and account opening; Explain investment, insurance and loan products simply; Follow up and resolve service requests; Cross-sell and meet activation targets; Update CRM.
Requirements: Any graduate, 0-2 years in BFSI or customer service; Excellent Telugu, good English; Customer-first attitude; NISM V-A a plus (we support certification); Basic MS Office.
