Job Title: Regional Head – LII Kolkata

Salary Budget: Up to ₹34 LPA

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

- 15–20 years in senior regional/business leadership, contracting, product sales, insulation, thermal/acoustic insulation, fire protection, or building insulation.

Industry Experience:

Relevant experience in contracting and product sales across insulation, building materials, PEB, roofing & cladding, HVAC, construction products, industrial products, or other technical B2B/project-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional business development, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Market development, project sales, and technical/specification sales.
- Customer relationship management and current business acquisition.
- Collections, team leadership, and regional operations.
- Experience in the Eastern India market will be preferred.

Pay: ₹3,043,000.00 - ₹3,440,000.00 per year
