About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The role involves recruiting IT professionals for clients across the USA, Latin America (LATAM), and Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in IT recruitment and gain exposure to international hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls to evaluate skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.




- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet research.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
