Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, adaptable Senior Data Analyst to join our agile team of highly skilled data scientists, data engineers, and UX developers. Data Analysis is responsible for creating business requirements, data requirements, data mapping, and testing to design and build Data Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed data mapping between source and target systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain data models to support business processes, reporting needs, and integration workflows.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business logic.
- Develop and execute integration test plans, including functional, data validation, and regression testing.
- Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document integration flows, data dictionaries, mapping catalogs, and knowledge artifacts.
- Ensure integration security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Must-Have Skills :





- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of data analyst experience.
- 7+ years of SQL experience with a solid understanding of relational databases and normalization.
- 6+ years of Excel experience, including functions and formulas.
- Technical expertise in data modeling, data mart design, and ability to extract data from multiple sources.
- Strong technical writing experience (reports, SOPs) using MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively across multiple projects.
- High attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to client requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Data Warehouse, Azure Data Warehousing, Databricks, Big Data).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and QlikView.
- Willingness to learn new tools, skills, and cross-train.
