Quality Engineer Apprentice learns manual testing, test design, defect tracking, regression, API testing & introductory automation.

Duration: 12 Months Learning: SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test design, manual/regression/integration/API & basic automation testing.

Responsibilities: Assist with test scenarios/cases; execute tests; document defects, evidence & retest results; support automation scripts & test planning.

Deliverables: Test scenarios/cases, execution evidence, defect reports & automation learning scripts.

Eligibility: Must meet NATS registration & organization-specific apprenticeship eligibility requirements.

Guardrails: Supervised developmental role; production-critical ownership only after competency and mentor approval. Conversion depend on business need,policy,performance
