Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel regularly between Madurai and Trichy locations as per operational requirements.

Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Food Safety & Quality Controller to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across our food operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and other applicable food safety standards.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety across all outlets.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and food safety checks.
- Maintain food safety records, documentation, and reports.
- Train staff on food safety, personal hygiene, and safe food-handling practices.




- Monitor critical control points and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Identify risks and support continuous improvement in food safety systems.

Required Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures.
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
