Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance data processing and transformation routines using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Build automated database connectivity solutions using PyODBC, SQLAlchemy, and other database drivers; write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL workflows.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations for automated data extraction, reporting, and seamless system synchronization.
- Integrate data pipelines with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Maintain, migrate, and modernize existing data workflows, including SAS integrations, while ensuring code quality, testing, and reliable batch execution.

Requirements

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Python development, data engineering, or automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, particularly Pandas, NumPy, and data processing libraries.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, database connectivity tools such as PyODBC or SQLAlchemy, and complex query optimization.
- Proven experience developing end-to-end ETL pipelines, integrating APIs, and automating data workflows.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred. Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, SAS, Airflow, Cron, and Git will be an advantage.
