About WishLuckWishLuck is a growing D2C e-commerce brand focused on delivering innovative products to customers. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in e-commerce procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, imports, and dropshipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &

• Procurement: Manage end-to-end domestic and international sourcing, including imports, and identify reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and dropshipping partners.
- Product &

- Inventory Planning: Identify trending and fast-moving products using sales data, Meta Ads performance, and market demand. Plan purchase quantities to maintain optimal inventory and prevent stockouts.
- Vendor Management &
- Negotiation: Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, product quality, and delivery timelines.
- Labelling &
- Packaging Coordination: Ensure timely SKU/barcode tagging, product labelling, and packaging to avoid delays in order processing and dispatch.
- Dropshipping Operations: Ensure vendors follow packaging standards, labelling requirements, dispatch timelines,



and order accuracy.
- Order &
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, shipments, inventory levels, and pending deliveries. Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- RTO &
- Fulfilment Improvement: Monitor delivery issues and Return to Origin (RTO) trends, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors to reduce avoidable returns and improve fulfilment efficiency.Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / D2C procurement and purchasing.
- Hands-on experience in vendor development, domestic and international sourcing, and import operations.
- Strong understanding of dropshipping, inventory planning, SKU/barcode labelling, and packaging coordination.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and inventory management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, purchase orders, and deadlines independently.
