Role Description The Property Buying Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanganer. This role involves identifying potential residential and commercial properties, conducting basic market research, and assisting with property evaluations. The associate will communicate with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information, schedule visits, and support negotiations.

Daily tasks include maintaining records of property leads, preparing simple reports, coordinating with internal teams, and providing follow-up to prospective sellers.



The role requires consistent on-site presence in Sanganer to visit properties, attend meetings, and support local transactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with property owners, agents, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to support property evaluation and acquisition decisions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in negotiation, deal closing, and relationship building with stakeholders.
