MIRA is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and communication-oriented individuals to join as Kumbhsevaks for the Nashik Simhastha KumbhParv 2026–27 Public Relations and Janjagaran Campaign.

Kumbhsevaks will play an significant role in creating public awareness, communicating important information about the KumbhParv, coordinating with institutions and communities, and encouraging public participation through structured outreach activities across Nashik City.

This opportunity is suitable for graduates, freshers, social work enthusiasts, and individuals interested in public relations, community engagement, fieldwork, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Public Relations & Outreach

- Visit government offices, private companies, industries, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Communicate campaign objectives and KumbhParv-related public awareness messages.
- Build positive relationships with institutional representatives, staff, and community members.
- Distribute awareness booklets, information materials, and campaign resources.
- Coordinate with local representatives and organizations to facilitate outreach activities.

2. Public Awareness
- Conduct door-to-door and community-level awareness activities as assigned.
- Engage with citizens in public places, markets, residential areas, and community gatherings. Industries, School, Colleges, Professional Association.
- Explain campaign information clearly and respectfully to the public.
- Encourage voluntary public participation in awareness initiatives.
- Support Sinhasth activities as part of the campaign.

3. Institutional Coordination
- Coordinate with designated contacts in industries, associations, schools, colleges, and government offices.




- Schedule visits and maintain records of completed outreach activities.
- Follow up on pending meetings, permissions, and distribution activities.
- Submit daily reports on visits, materials distributed, and public interactions.

4. Field Operations & Reporting
- Work in assigned Nashik City wards and designated campaign locations.
- Participate in field visits, team meetings, and campaign activities.
- Maintain accurate records of booklet distribution and campaign reach.
- Collect feedback and report field-level observations to the team leader.
- Use mobile applications, Google Forms, Excel sheets, or other reporting tools as required.

5. Teamwork & Skilled Conduct
- Work collaboratively with fellow Kumbhsevaks, coordinators, and project managers.
- Follow the approved campaign plan and daily activity schedule.
- Maintain professional behavior and represent the organization responsibly.
- Ensure campaign materials are distributed appropriately and records are accurate.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in public relations, field marketing, social work, NGO activities, event management, or community outreach will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Nashik City for field activities.
- Basic smartphone and digital reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
