- Drive profitability and margin enhancement across the project business through pricing analysis, financial modelling, and commercial evaluation.

- Own project sales reporting, analytics, executive dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership.
- Manage rebate programmes, accruals, provisioning processes, and commercial governance frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and commercial control standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a finance team while strengthening governance and control processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:





- Robust experience in pricing governance, commercial analytics, business partnering, and process automation.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of commercial controls, audits, ERP systems, reporting platforms, and workflow tools.
- Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or MBA Finance/M.Com./equivalent finance qualification with 12-18 years of relevant experience. What's on Offer - Opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership and influence commercial decision-making.
