Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily infrastructure and civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, and work records.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.Required Skills• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of site execution, construction drawings, and quality control.
- Solid team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ready to relocate multiple sites or open for travelling
