Requirements Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the leadership team to identify, prioritise, and solve high-impact business challenges.

- Analyse ambiguous problems using data, research, and operational insights to develop actionable plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects across operations, customer experience, product, growth, retail, and sales.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and business outcomes.
- Work with pharmacists, doctors, engineering teams, store teams, and sales personnel to drive project execution.
- Use SQL, advanced spreadsheets, and other analytical tools to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases, process improvements, and operational strategies based on data and customer insights.
- Take a hands-on approach to understanding frontline challenges through customer interactions, store visits, and direct engagement with operational teams.
- Build new processes, workflows, and operating models where existing solutions are insufficient.
- Monitor project progress,



measure outcomes against defined objectives, and make data-backed adjustments.
- Document processes and establish repeatable systems that enable teams to operate independently.

What Makes

You a Great Fit - 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, growth, business operations, or a founder’s office role; alternatively, an MBA with at least 2 years of professional experience.

- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver results across at least two distinct types of business problems or functional areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL or advanced spreadsheet analysis to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear recommendations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and willingness to engage directly with customers and frontline operations.
- Comfort working in quick-paced environments with evolving priorities and incomplete information.
- Ability to learn current business domains quickly and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
- Strong ownership, initiative, organisation, and follow-through.
- A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D) or experience in pharmacy, healthcare, health-tech, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
