- Zero failure in PDI, PLC.
- Reduction in SKD Line rework on monthly target basis.
- Adherence on 5S &
- Kaizen implementation at the shop floor (related under area of control).
- To achieve Zero external customer complaint.
- Upgradation of skills of all team members through education & coaching.
- Bench marking & monitoring of Department. cost on daily basis.
- Ensure zero accident on the shop floor & analyses &
- Control near miss to adherence of ISO &
- SEDEX system.
- Reduction in inventory Spares &
- Left Out Bikes. 13.
