and component non/-conformances alongside Quality and Maintenance teams, executing 8D Root Cause Analysis /(RCA/) and CAPA. Track, analyze, and report key manufacturing operational metrics including Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/), Line Yield, Scrap Rate, and Labor Productivity to plant leadership Required Skills/: Robust working knowledge of manufacturing processes /(machining, assembly lines, sheet metal fabrication, welding, casting, plastic molding/).

Hands/-on proficiency with Lean Manufacturing tools, line balancing, time and motion studies, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies /(Kaizen/SMED/). Deep understanding of shop/-floor technical documentation, engineering drawings, process flow charts, PFMEA, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T;/). Proficiency with CAD software /(AutoCAD, SolidWorks/) for line layout design and fixture modifications, along with MS Office/Excel for productivity tracking.
