Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Helper role based in Mundra.

The Production

Helper will support daily production activities on the shop floor, including assisting with setup and operation of production lines, handling materials, and helping machine operators as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring basic machine functions, performing routine checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors to maintain smooth operations. The role involves supporting quality control processes by following instructions,



keeping work areas clean and organized, and ensuring that safety procedures and company guidelines are consistently followed.

The Production

Helper will collaborate with production teams, adapt to different tasks as required, and assist in meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working with Production Lines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and basic equipment handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail.
- Candidates should be Easily Adaptable and comfortable working in changing production environments.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions.
- Basic reading and writing skills; prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a factory environment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
