Role Description The Production Executive will oversee daily production activities at the Pratapgarh plant, ensuring that processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with company quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing resources to meet output targets. The role involves supervising production staff on the shop floor, tracking performance, and resolving operational issues to maintain continuity of operations.

The Production





Executive will also ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and documentation requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pratapgarh.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Production Planning and Production Management activities to meet daily and long-term operational goals.
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of Food Technology and dairy/food processing principles to support safe and effective production.
- Experience in Quality Control, including adherence to food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical/Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of safety protocols, statutory compliances, and basic ERP or production management systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate production teams, handle shift operations, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in the dairy or food processing industry is an advantage.
