Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery role. Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Working knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train operations.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing end-to-end application delivery. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management and Agile tools.



Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, production support, and application performance.

Exposure to Generative AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot, and AI-enabled product or engineering workflows. Solid analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and business-value assessment capabilities.
