CONSTRA is a construction intelligence platform using drone analytics, 360° camera walkthroughs, Scan-to-BIM, and AI-powered visual monitoring to help track construction progress and quality.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager – CONSTRA to take ownership of CONSTRA. You will work with engineering, design, and business teams to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver useful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the CONSTRA product roadmap and priorities in collaboration with the CTO and leadership team.

· Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to prioritisation, development, release, and continuous improvement.

· Drive AI-enabled product features, including LLM-based agents for safety, defect detection, and project progress tracking.

· Work on analytics, dashboards, and workflows that help construction teams monitor project status and quality.

· Engage with site engineers, project managers, and customers to understand on-site challenges and improve product usability.

· Write product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering and design teams during development.





· Support sprint planning, review product builds, prioritise bugs, and help deliver releases on time.

· Work with sales and business teams on product launches, go-to-market activities, and customer feedback.

· Track product adoption, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Interact with customers for smooth rollout of product features.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, ConstructionTech, PropTech, or technology-driven products.

· Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.

· Understanding of agile product development and the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to AI-enabled products, construction technology, GIS, BIM, drone analytics, or visual analytics.

· Familiarity with mobile apps for field teams or offline environments.

· Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog, or Amplitude.

· A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field.
